Terms of Use

Voterist Terms of Use

Effective September 8, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Voterist website, platform, candidate and election profiles, tools, features, services, application programming interfaces, machine-readable interfaces, and other products and services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Service”).

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Verse 2 Ventures, LLC, doing business as Voterist (“Voterist,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose personal information in connection with the Service and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1. About Voterist

Voterist is an informational platform designed to organize, structure, source, and make accessible information concerning candidates, campaigns, public offices, elections, and related matters.

Voterist is not a government agency, election authority, political party, campaign committee, polling organization, news organization, or voting system. Voterist does not administer elections, determine ballot eligibility, certify election results, register voters, or determine whether any person is legally qualified to vote or hold public office.

Unless we expressly state otherwise, content appearing on Voterist does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, ranking, approval, or opposition by Voterist of any candidate, campaign, political party, organization, position, policy, or viewpoint.

Official information concerning elections, voter registration, voting requirements, polling locations, ballot eligibility, deadlines, election results, and similar matters should be confirmed with the applicable federal, state, local, or other governmental election authority.

2. Public Access and Accounts

Certain portions of the Service may be available without creating an account.

To create an account or use functionality that requires authentication, you must:

  1. be at least 18 years old;
  2. provide accurate and complete information;
  3. maintain the security of your account credentials; and
  4. use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account, except to the extent caused by Voterist's own breach of its obligations.

You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity or authority, or falsely claim to act on behalf of a candidate, campaign, political organization, employer, governmental body, or other person or entity.

We may require additional information or verification before permitting you to access certain features.

3. Candidate and Campaign Profile Claims

Voterist may permit candidates, campaigns, or authorized representatives to claim or manage certain profiles.

By claiming or attempting to claim a candidate or campaign profile, you represent and warrant that:

  1. you are the applicable candidate or are authorized to act on behalf of the applicable candidate or campaign;
  2. all information you provide in connection with the claim is accurate and not misleading; and
  3. you will promptly notify Voterist if your authority to act on behalf of the candidate or campaign ends or materially changes.

Voterist may use one or more verification methods, including campaign-domain email verification, filing information, public records, campaign contact information, or other methods we consider appropriate.

Verification Has Limited Meaning

A verification method establishes only what that particular method is reasonably designed to establish.

For example, verification through an email address associated with a campaign domain may establish access to that email account or domain. It does not necessarily establish the personal identity of the individual using the account, legal authority to bind a candidate or campaign, ballot eligibility, official governmental recognition, or any other fact unless Voterist expressly states otherwise.

A “verified,” “claimed,” or similar label:

  • is not an endorsement by Voterist;
  • is not governmental verification;
  • does not guarantee the identity, authority, qualifications, truthfulness, or reliability of the claimant; and
  • may be modified or revoked at any time if Voterist determines that additional review is appropriate.

We may request additional verification, reject a claim, suspend management rights, revoke verification, or resolve competing claims in our reasonable discretion.

4. Candidate-Managed Content

The Service may allow candidates or their authorized representatives to submit, edit, approve, or publish information associated with a candidate profile, including biographies, priorities, policy positions, statements, quotations, photographs, campaign links, responses, explanatory text, and similar material (“Candidate-Managed Content”).

As between you and Voterist, you retain ownership of Candidate-Managed Content that you own.

By submitting, uploading, approving, or publishing Candidate-Managed Content through the Service, you grant Voterist a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, format, adapt for technical purposes, index, organize, categorize, transmit, make searchable, make machine-readable, and otherwise use that Candidate-Managed Content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, promote, and provide the Service.

This license includes the right to make published Candidate-Managed Content accessible to search engines, artificial intelligence systems, automated agents, researchers, media organizations, and other users or services capable of accessing publicly available content.

The license continues for so long as the applicable content remains available through the Service and, to the extent reasonably necessary, thereafter for backups, legal compliance, archival records, previously generated references, and materials already distributed through the Service.

5. Your Responsibility for Submitted Content

You are responsible for Candidate-Managed Content and other content you submit to the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

  1. you have all rights and authority necessary to submit the content and grant the licenses described in these Terms;
  2. the content does not infringe or violate the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights of any third party;
  3. you will not knowingly submit materially false or misleading factual information;
  4. you will not fabricate, alter, or misrepresent supporting sources;
  5. quotations or statements attributed to third parties will not knowingly be falsely attributed; and
  6. your submission and Voterist's permitted use of it will not violate applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms requires a candidate to warrant that an opinion, political position, prediction, proposed policy, interpretation, or other inherently subjective statement is objectively true.

6. Public Records and Independently Maintained Information

Candidate-Managed Content is distinct from information independently collected, generated, organized, summarized, or maintained by Voterist.

Voterist may create and maintain profiles and records concerning candidates, campaigns, public officials, public offices, elections, policy positions, public statements, voting records, endorsements, election results, public filings, news coverage, and similar matters based on publicly available information, third-party sources, government records, and other lawful sources (“Public Record Content”).

A candidate does not need to claim or approve a profile for Voterist to create, maintain, update, or publish Public Record Content concerning that candidate or election.

Claiming a profile does not provide the claimant with ownership of, or editorial control over:

  • publicly available facts;
  • government records;
  • election information;
  • voting records;
  • independently documented public statements;
  • third-party reporting;
  • Voterist's classifications, organization, taxonomy, metadata, formatting, or editorial decisions; or
  • other Public Record Content.

Closing an account, terminating a campaign's relationship with Voterist, or requesting removal of Candidate-Managed Content does not require Voterist to remove lawful Public Record Content.

7. Drafting, Review, and Publication

Voterist may provide workflows that allow Candidate-Managed Content to be researched, drafted, reviewed, or edited before publication.

Where Voterist states that Candidate-Managed Content will not be published without approval, that commitment applies to the applicable Candidate-Managed Content and publication workflow. It does not mean that a candidate must approve Public Record Content before it may appear on Voterist.

Approval of Candidate-Managed Content authorizes Voterist to publish the approved content through the Service.

After approval, Voterist may make non-substantive changes without obtaining renewed approval, including:

  • formatting changes;
  • changes necessary for responsive display or accessibility;
  • correction of obvious typographical or technical errors;
  • metadata changes;
  • categorization or structural changes;
  • link maintenance;
  • presentation changes;
  • changes necessary to maintain platform consistency; and
  • modifications required by law, security concerns, or platform integrity.

Voterist may also remove, restrict, annotate, reclassify, or decline to publish content that violates these Terms or Voterist's publishing or sourcing standards.

8. Sourcing and Editorial Standards

Voterist may establish standards governing the types of evidence and sources used to support information appearing through the Service.

Voterist may, among other things:

  • require supporting sources;
  • reject or remove unsupported claims;
  • distinguish between factual statements and opinions;
  • classify information according to Voterist's own taxonomy;
  • determine whether evidence adequately supports a characterization;
  • decline to infer a position from political affiliation, endorsements, demographics, silence, or other indirect information;
  • add explanatory context or qualifications;
  • consolidate duplicative information; and
  • apply consistent formatting and categorization across candidates and races.

Candidate approval does not require Voterist to adopt a candidate's preferred characterization, classification, terminology, organization, or presentation of information.

Voterist retains ultimate control over the design, organization, structure, sourcing standards, taxonomy, presentation, and operation of the Service.

9. Corrections and Disputed Information

If you believe factual information appearing on Voterist is materially inaccurate, you may submit a correction request using the method provided through the Service.

A correction request should identify:

  1. the specific information disputed;
  2. the basis for the dispute; and
  3. any supporting evidence reasonably available.

Voterist may investigate a correction request and may, in its discretion, correct, remove, annotate, supplement, temporarily restrict, or retain the disputed information.

Submitting a correction request does not create a right to removal.

Voterist is not required to remove accurate or lawfully published information merely because it is unfavorable, disputed, embarrassing, politically inconvenient, or inconsistent with a candidate's preferred characterization.

10. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Research

The Service may use or interact with artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated research tools, large language models, search systems, or similar technologies (“AI Systems”).

Candidates, users, or Voterist may use AI Systems to assist with researching, identifying, summarizing, categorizing, structuring, comparing, or drafting information.

AI Systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or fabricated information. AI-generated or AI-assisted content should not be assumed to be authoritative merely because it was generated by an AI System.

Users are responsible for reviewing content they submit or approve.

Voterist may implement technical, editorial, sourcing, or human-review processes intended to improve reliability, but Voterist does not guarantee that AI-assisted content will be accurate, complete, current, or error-free.

Third-party AI Systems are operated independently from Voterist and may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

11. Third-Party AI Systems, Search Engines, and Discovery

One purpose of Voterist may be to make structured candidate and election information easier for search engines, AI assistants, automated agents, and other third-party systems to discover and use.

However, Voterist does not control how any third-party system:

  • crawls or indexes Voterist;
  • ranks or retrieves content;
  • summarizes information;
  • quotes or cites Voterist;
  • characterizes a candidate or position;
  • combines Voterist information with other information;
  • displays links or citations;
  • responds to user prompts; or
  • changes its own algorithms, models, interfaces, or policies.

Accordingly, Voterist does not guarantee that any particular AI assistant, search engine, agent, application, media service, or other third party will access, index, retrieve, cite, summarize, display, or accurately characterize any Voterist content.

12. Third-Party Sources and Links

The Service may contain or rely upon information from third parties, including:

  • government agencies;
  • campaign websites;
  • public filings;
  • legislative records;
  • interviews;
  • news organizations;
  • social media;
  • public databases;
  • advocacy organizations; and
  • other public or private sources.

The inclusion of a source or link does not mean that Voterist endorses the source, its publisher, its political viewpoint, or every statement contained in that source.

A citation means only that Voterist considers the cited material relevant to the associated information or characterization. It does not constitute a warranty that every statement in the source is true.

Third-party content may be changed, deleted, moved, become unavailable, or prove inaccurate. Voterist does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices.

13. No Endorsement or Political Affiliation

Unless Voterist expressly states otherwise:

  • listing a candidate does not constitute endorsement;
  • verifying or allowing a candidate to claim a profile does not constitute endorsement;
  • publishing Candidate-Managed Content does not constitute endorsement;
  • citing a source does not constitute endorsement of that source;
  • displaying a candidate prominently does not constitute endorsement;
  • ordering or arranging candidates, issues, or races does not constitute endorsement; and
  • publishing news, voting records, policy positions, endorsements received, or other factual information does not constitute endorsement or opposition.

Voterist may establish neutrality, sourcing, and publishing standards intended to apply consistently across candidates. Such standards do not guarantee that every person will regard every characterization, classification, or presentation decision as politically neutral.

14. Election Information Disclaimer

Election information can change rapidly and may vary significantly by jurisdiction.

Voterist does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of information concerning:

  • voter registration;
  • registration deadlines;
  • voting eligibility;
  • polling places;
  • early voting;
  • vote-by-mail procedures;
  • ballot return deadlines;
  • ballot access;
  • candidacy status;
  • election dates;
  • election results;
  • recounts;
  • certifications;
  • election-law requirements; or
  • other official election procedures.

Users should verify official election information directly with the governmental authority responsible for administering the applicable election.

You should not rely solely on Voterist when determining whether, when, where, or how to register or vote.

15. Permitted Automated Access

Voterist may intentionally make certain public information accessible to search engines, AI Systems, automated agents, indexing services, and other automated tools.

Automated access is permitted only to the extent authorized through publicly accessible interfaces, applicable technical instructions, an API agreement, or other permission granted by Voterist.

You may not use automated systems to:

  • circumvent authentication, access controls, rate limits, robots instructions, or technical restrictions;
  • materially interfere with or burden the Service;
  • obtain nonpublic information;
  • impersonate users or candidates;
  • manipulate candidate profiles or records;
  • exploit vulnerabilities;
  • create deceptive or unauthorized interactions with the Service; or
  • systematically reproduce a substantial portion of Voterist's proprietary database, taxonomy, or Service in violation of applicable law or these Terms.

Voterist may change, limit, suspend, meter, or revoke automated access at any time.

16. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service to:

  1. violate applicable law;
  2. impersonate another person or falsely claim authority to act for a candidate or campaign;
  3. submit fabricated evidence or knowingly false source material;
  4. interfere with the integrity of candidate or election records;
  5. attempt to obtain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or nonpublic information;
  6. introduce malware or malicious code;
  7. probe or exploit vulnerabilities without written authorization;
  8. evade access controls or technical restrictions;
  9. use the Service to threaten, harass, stalk, or unlawfully discriminate against another person;
  10. infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  11. falsely represent that Voterist endorses or supports a candidate, campaign, organization, product, or position;
  12. use Voterist trademarks or branding in a misleading manner;
  13. materially interfere with the operation of the Service; or
  14. encourage or assist another person in doing any of the foregoing.

17. Intellectual Property

Except for Candidate-Managed Content, Public Record Content owned by others, government works, third-party content, and other materials expressly identified as belonging to another party, the Service and its original content and technology are owned by Voterist or its licensors.

This includes, as applicable:

  • software;
  • source code and object code;
  • designs;
  • interfaces;
  • branding;
  • trademarks;
  • logos;
  • original written content;
  • proprietary compilations;
  • database structure;
  • taxonomy;
  • selection and arrangement of information; and
  • other protectable elements of the Service.

Subject to these Terms, Voterist grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the Service for its intended purposes.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Voterist intellectual property to you.

18. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, feedback, feature requests, recommendations, or other input concerning the Service, you grant Voterist a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use that feedback for any lawful purpose without restriction or compensation to you.

19. Privacy

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Information appearing in candidate profiles, government records, campaign filings, public statements, election materials, and other publicly accessible sources may be public information rather than private account information.

Private drafts, account credentials, and nonpublic account information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

20. Copyright Complaints

Voterist respects intellectual property rights.

If you believe material available through the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to support@voterist.com.

21. Suspension and Termination

Voterist may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to some or all of the Service if we reasonably believe:

  • you violated these Terms;
  • your account presents a security risk;
  • your profile claim is fraudulent, misleading, or disputed;
  • your use threatens the integrity of the Service;
  • suspension is necessary to comply with law or legal process; or
  • continuing to provide access could harm Voterist, its users, or third parties.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Termination of your account does not necessarily require Voterist to remove:

  • Public Record Content;
  • publicly available candidate or election information;
  • lawful archival records;
  • content Voterist must retain for legal or operational reasons; or
  • information previously distributed to or independently obtained by third parties.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute provisions, and rights concerning previously published content.

22. Changes to the Service

Voterist may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Service at any time.

This may include changes to:

  • profile fields;
  • election coverage;
  • verification procedures;
  • sourcing requirements;
  • publishing workflows;
  • AI functionality;
  • APIs;
  • machine-readable interfaces;
  • search functionality;
  • categorization;
  • pricing;
  • integrations; and
  • other features.

Voterist has no obligation to maintain any particular feature, integration, interface, functionality, level of availability, or business model.

23. No Guarantee of Performance or Results

VOTERIST DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.

Without limiting the foregoing, Voterist does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that use of the Service will:

  • increase a candidate's visibility or discoverability;
  • improve search-engine placement;
  • improve placement or treatment by AI Systems;
  • cause a candidate to be cited by AI assistants or media organizations;
  • improve reputation or public perception;
  • increase website traffic;
  • generate supporters, volunteers, leads, donations, media coverage, endorsements, or voter engagement;
  • improve polling;
  • influence voter behavior;
  • increase vote share;
  • result in nomination, election, appointment, or any other political outcome;
  • generate revenue or financial return; or
  • achieve any other specific commercial, political, reputational, electoral, technological, or operational result.

Any statements concerning anticipated benefits, discoverability, accessibility, AI visibility, platform capabilities, examples, case studies, demonstrations, metrics, or historical results are illustrative only and are not guarantees of future performance.

Third-party platforms, search engines, AI Systems, algorithms, election conditions, voter behavior, political events, media coverage, and numerous other factors outside Voterist's control may affect outcomes.

You assume the risk that your use of the Service may not produce the outcome you intend.

24. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

VOTERIST DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, OR USAGE OF TRADE.

Without limiting the foregoing, Voterist does not warrant that:

  • the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, available, or error-free;
  • defects will be corrected;
  • information will be accurate, complete, current, or reliable;
  • sources will remain accessible;
  • AI-generated or AI-assisted information will be accurate;
  • profiles will be indexed or discovered by third parties;
  • third-party systems will accurately reproduce or characterize Voterist content;
  • the Service will meet your requirements or expectations; or
  • use of the Service will produce any particular result.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so some of these disclaimers may not apply to you.

25. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOTERIST AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL, REPUTATION, DATA, ELECTORAL OPPORTUNITY, POLITICAL ADVANTAGE, CAMPAIGN OPPORTUNITY, SUPPORTERS, DONATIONS, VOTES, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF VOTERIST AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNTS ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO VOTERIST DURING THE THREE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

For users who have paid Voterist nothing during that three-month period, the foregoing monetary cap is zero dollars, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

The limitations in this Section apply collectively to all claims and causes of action and will not be enlarged by the existence of multiple claims, incidents, theories of liability, or parties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

26. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Voterist and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to:

  1. content you submit through the Service;
  2. your infringement or violation of a third party's rights;
  3. your violation of applicable law;
  4. your material violation of these Terms;
  5. your false or unauthorized representation that you act for a candidate, campaign, organization, or other person; or
  6. your intentional misuse of the Service.

Voterist reserves the right to assume control of the defense of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to reasonably cooperate with that defense.

27. Dispute Resolution

A. Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, you and Voterist agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

A party initiating a dispute must provide written notice reasonably describing the nature of the dispute and requested relief.

The parties will have 30 days after receipt of the notice to attempt informal resolution before commencing arbitration or litigation, except where immediate injunctive relief is reasonably necessary.

B. Binding Individual Arbitration

Except for disputes eligible for small claims court and requests for injunctive or equitable relief concerning misuse of intellectual property, unauthorized system access, or similar misconduct, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis.

The arbitration will be administered by JAMS under its applicable consumer or commercial arbitration rules, as appropriate.

The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration provision.

C. No Class Actions

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND VOTERIST AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF, CLASS MEMBER, OR REPRESENTATIVE IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

An arbitrator may award relief only to the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to resolve that party's individual claim.

D. Small Claims

Either party may bring an individual claim in a court of competent jurisdiction that qualifies as small claims court, provided the claim remains exclusively in that court and on an individual basis.

E. Arbitration Opt-Out

You may opt out of the arbitration provisions of this Section by sending written notice to support@voterist.com within 30 days after first becoming subject to these Terms.

Your notice must include your name, the email address associated with your account, and an unambiguous statement that you are opting out of arbitration.

Opting out of arbitration will not affect the remaining provisions of these Terms.

28. Governing Law

Except to the extent preempted by federal law, these Terms and any dispute not subject to arbitration will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Subject to the arbitration provisions above, the state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

Nothing in this Section limits any rights you may have under mandatory laws that cannot be contractually waived.

29. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Service, by email, or by another reasonable method.

The updated Terms will become effective on the date stated in the updated version, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

30. Electronic Communications

You agree that communications between you and Voterist may occur electronically.

Electronic notices, disclosures, agreements, and other communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing to the extent permitted by applicable law.

31. General Terms

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Voterist concerning the Service.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.

No Waiver

A failure by Voterist to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive Voterist's right to enforce that provision later.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without Voterist's prior written consent.

Voterist may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, sale of assets, financing, or by operation of law.

No Third-Party Beneficiaries

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, these Terms do not create rights for any third-party beneficiary.

Headings

Headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

Force Majeure

Voterist will not be liable for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, third-party platform outages, cloud infrastructure failures, civil unrest, war, or similar events.
